JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Analyzing the Business Model, Financial Statements and Working Capital cycles
  2. Presentation of proposals to lenders/ investors
  3. Assist and Negotiate with Valuers and Lawyers
  4. End to End Documentation
  5. Assisting in renewal of facilities and maintaining relationship with clients
  6. Handle financial and other queries from banks/financial institutions to facilitate sanction of credit facilities
